Basic moves

Basic move # 1 - Chaturanga Flow

I love yoga - yoga is the best full body exercise. Relax, stretch, strenghten, develop your flexibility and balance...all at once. Take a deep breath in and learn with me the basic chaturanga flow composed of 4 steps:

  1. High plank

  2. Low plank

  3. Upward-facing dog

  4. Downward-facing dog

Basic move #2 - Push-ups

Use that strenght that is in you and push yourself up guys! Being able to work with your own body is the important base you need to have to achieve any future progress. Push-ups are a great exercise to begin with...build your core, strenghten your arms, abs and back...awesome full body move!

Basic move #3 - Walking

Don't have time to workout? Make sure you walk as much as you can in a day! Do not take the elevator, do not just stand on the escalators waiting for them to give you a lift, walk the stairs! Walking is the most natural movement there is and you do not need anything to do it. So make sure you park your carr a bit further from your final destination next time...
