Challenge move #1 - Headstand Flow

 I had to practice this move for some time, but I finally got there! It is a great exercise to strenghten your ab muscles and the whole core and also to work on your balance. Please always  try with a wall behind you!

Challenge move #2 - Pull-ups

Pull-ups are my favorite exercise. It took me quite a while to be able to do at least one. Now I am doing 5 and the next step is 10!

Challenge move #3 - HIIT burpee box jumps

I am not a big fan of cardio. But improving your condition is as important as working your muscles. That is why I incorporate HIIT intervals into my routine. Check out this badass combo!

Challenge move #4 - Killer core side planks

Planks are the best exercise! Do you want to strenghten your core? Do you want to work on your abs? Than plank is the perfect exercise for you! Try out this lifted leg side variation.

Challenge move #5 - Full body combo

Looking for a badass full body move to incorporate into your routine? This exercise will get the most out of you! Arms, Abs, Core, Back all combined in a single movement!

Challenge move #6 - Bridge push-ups

Because ordinary push-ups are just not enough :-P

Challenge move #7 - Reverse plank variation

Wanna feel the burn in those triceps and abs? Try out this little reverse plank combo! Feeling strong today, afterall I have my workout buddy supporting me :-P So let's do it!

Challenge move #8 - High plank with leg raise

Full body exercise - core strenght and balance, arms, abs and butt as a bonus!!! Try out this challenging plank variation but remember to keep your lower back tight and straight.

Challenge move #9 - Boat-pose sit-ups & Hollow man

Despite my little injury I am bringing you this nice abs exercise. No excuses!

  • 5 x boat pose sit-ups

  • hold the boat-pose for 4 exhales

  • lower down to hollow man and hold for 4 exhales

Repeat 4 times and get your abs on fire!!
