Carrot cakes
1 piece - 70 kcal (P: 3 g, C: 8 g, F: 2 g)
These little healthy cakes are perfect "take-me-anywhere" snack. The preparation literally takes few minutes and it couldn't be any easier. So let's do it!
Ingredients (6 pieces):
165 g of fresh carrot (shredded)
50 g of Šmakoun apricot*
20 g of oats
10 g of raisins
10 g walnuts
10 g of honey
1egg
5 g of chia seeds
Just mix all the ingredients and bake for 180°C about 30 minutes. You can always alter the ingredients according to your own preferences.

*Šmakoun is great universal ingredience and an awesome source of protein for both salty and sweet dishes, currently unfortunatelly only available in the Czech Republic. It is made of egg whites. You may want to try to substitute Šmakoun with unflavored tofu or just leave it out of the recipe.
