Protein roll with ricotta cheese

304 kcal (1 portion (2 pieces + Alpro) - P: 24 g, C: 21 g, F: 13)

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 30 g vanilla protein powder

  • Cocoa powder

  • Ricotta cheese

  • Soft cheese (not necessary)

  • 10 g jam with high fruit content (>70 %)

  • Friut (Strawberries/Blueberries)

Procedure:

Separate whites from yolks, whisk the whites and  mix yolks with protein powder. Add the whisked whites and divide the mixture in halves. Add  cocoa powder in one half. Afterwards, put both parts of the mixture on baking tin in thin layer. Bake about 10 minutes on 170°C. After cooling down, spread with marmelade, fill with ricotta mixed with soft cheese (1:1) and place berries on the egde. Roll and let rest in a foil in the fridge overnight. Enjoy delicious breakfast or nice and healthy dessert!
