Fresh chicken salad with pear, cranberries and parmasan cheese

Ingredients:
150 g chicken breasts
Salad leaves
50 g cucumber
70 g pear
50 green bell pepper
10 g cranberries (dried, nonsulphurized, preferrably naturally sweetened e.g. with apple juice)
10 g parmasan cheese
10 g walnuts (optional)
30 - 40 g yogurt (2% of fat)
Herb seasoning (e.g. Herbes de Provense), salt, pepper, garlic
Procedure:
Chop the chicken breast into pieces, season with salt, pepper and herb seasoning and roast on a drop of olive oil. Chopp the salad leaves, cucumber, pear, bell pepper and mix it all together. For dressing, mix yogurt with few drops of water, garlic and favorite dresing seasoning (or use the herbs and salt again). Finally add everything together and sprinkle with cranberries, walnuts and parmasan shavings.
