Udon noodles with tempeh

503 kcal (P: 27 g, C: 48 g, F: 22 g)

Ingredients:

  • 50 g udon noodles (uncooked)

  • 120 g tempeh (natural)

  • 50 g green bell pepper

  • 50 g carrot

  • 5 ml sesam oil

  • 5 ml olive oil

  • soya sauce

  • seasoning: ginger, cayen pepper, lemon grass, garlic

  • fish sauce (optional)

  • sesam seeds (optional)

Procedure:

Chop the tempeh into pieces and  season with the proposed spices (or any other spices of your choice). Put the olive oil and sesam oil into wok and heat it up. Add carrots first, afterwards tempeh and bell pepper last. During frying add soya sauce and a drop of fish sauce, reduce the heat. Meanwhile prepare udon noodles according to the guidelines. Before serving, add the noodles to the wok and mix with the other ingredients. You can also add your favorite wok sauce and decorate with sesame seeds.
