Chicken bean avocado salad with yogurt dressing

Ingredients:

  • 150 g chicken breasts

  • Salad leaves

  • 50 g red kidney beans

  • 50 g cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 green pepper

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 50 g avocado

  • 5 ml olive oil (extra virgin)

  • 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt (2% of fat)

  • Favorite  chicken seasoning (or mix: salt, pepper, chilli powder, garlic powder, sweet paprika)

Procedure:

Doub the chicken breast with olive oil and season it with your favorite spices. Bake at 180°C until finished. Chopp the salad leaves, tomatoes, onion, avocado and mixit all together with beans. Mix yogurt with few drops of water and  little bit of olive oil, add the same spices used for the chicken. Finally add everything together.  Enjoy your dinner!
