Chicken couscous with basil and dried tomatoes

380 kcal (P: 36 g, C: 32 g, F: 8 g)

Ingredients:

  • 40 g couscous (uncooked)

  • 150 g chicken breasts

  • 20 g sun-dried tomatoes

  • handful of fresh basil

  • 5 ml olive oil

  • herbs de Provence

  • salt, pepper

  • vegetable bouillon

Procedure:

Cook couscous according to the guidelines, add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, basil and a pinch of salt to it*. Chop chicken breasts into small pieces and season them with salt, pepper and herbs. Roast the chicken on a teaspoon of olive oil. When finished, mix with couscous.

Your lunch is ready!!

*If you want to add more flavour to the couscous, you can also cook it in vegetable bouillon instead of just water
