Warm banana with peanut butter & cotttage cheese

Banana is love and banana with peanut butter is absolutely perfect combination!!! I simply can't get enought of this...

Ingredients (1portion):

  • 1 banana (~110 g)

  • 20 g peanut butter*

  • 100 cottage cheese (light)

  • cinamon (optional)

Cut the banana lenghtwise and shortly roast both halves  on a pan. When warmed, spread with peanut butter, cover with a layer of cottage cheese and top off with cinamon.

*Make sure your peanut butter is as "pure"as possible...peanut content ideally 99% (no added sugar, oil etc.; just pure nuts)
